SSI METFORMIN 500

Each Tablet Contains:

Metformin hydrochloride B.P 500 mg

INDICATIONS:

It is used for non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (type II diabetes).

DOSAGES AND ADMINISTRATION

Take one tablet twice a day (after meal) or as directed by the Physicians.

STORAGE

Store below 30°C or in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
